I have blogged so many photo shoots at this small park in Fullerton, California! It seems like most of my blogs have been here at this park lately, as I do mini shoot days here every few months and do 6-8 photo shoots back to back in one day. I have shot hundreds of shoots at this small secluded park and I know it now like the back of my hand. It is a great natural setting for family, pregnancy, engagement, and I have even shot many wedding shoots here. The park is rustic and often over grown and there is never anybody there. Enjoy this photo shoot of a long term client, I have shot every member of their family by now over the passed 8 years. Their kids are so stinkin’ cute that it was easy to capture great moments. I prefer to shoot candid, although I love stylized shoots too, but my personal style has always been to capture a family in their home or a natural setting and let the kids be themselves and the family sit together and capture what happens when they interact. Makes for great memories and real candid pictures to be cherished for decades to come.

>I have had the honor of photographing the Neemia’s wedding a few years ago, their maternity shoot, and now the first Neemia baby Marley! I love being able to watch my clients plan their weddings, get married, and then begin their families together. I get to watch their kids grow and that is a really cool part of my job. If you have never done a professional family shoot before you really have to book one. There is nothing like getting pro pics of your babies and kids, they truly are priceless. I just looked at a few shoots of my boys when they were babies and I just love them more then when I got them. Enjoy the lighting at this really secluded park!

>I love this family shoot taken at this families home in Yorba Linda. I really like shooting clients at their own homes. It is the most natural place to do a shoot, the place where we spend most of our times and have most memories with our families. It makes sense to me to shoot families in there natural setting where they are comfortable and able to document a piece of their day to day lives. This family has an exceptional home coupled with a wonderful barn and horses. Huge difference between this shoot and my shoot day shoots all done at the park, beach, or an urban setting. Consider doing your next shoot at your home, it is a very raw and honest shoot to me. Plus, you get yourself and the kids ready and then just wait for me to show up, you don’t have to hop in the car and rush anywhere……whew! Very worth it…..Dad’s LOVE it! Never drive to a studio….or even worse a mall…..again!

>Love this shoot of the Sinclair Family and their dog Lilly! Shot in Downtown Fullerton for Christmas cards, here is the Sinclair family once again. I think I have done about 3 shoots this year of the boys. They love the camera and are great to work with! I blogged headshots I did of them earlier in the year that I linked below. Only a few weeks left to do your family shoot in time for Christmas! The Sinclair family has one of the best documentations of their families and kids childhood. Later in life every shoot will be more valuable then they already are!!!! Very Cute Guys!

I must say I have the best clients ever! In my career as a professional photographer I know I get a lot more accolades and “pats on the back” then most people do in their line of business. My clients are typically excited and ecstatic to see their images, and overwhelmed with the outcome. I must admit I send out “sneak peaks” so my clients get excited and also because I love the great feedback, it keeps me happily editing. I have made some lifelong friends shooting people on the most important days of their lives. When I shoot someones engagements, then wedding, followed by their pregnancy shoot and new baby portraits, then the family grows and continues and I am there to document it all. I get a lot of great emails and phone calls, and some clients are so thoughtful that they even send me gifts. I wanted to say “Thank You” to the clients who have went above and beyond to thank me. Whether you have gave me a great review, sent me an awesome email, gave me a gift or said how much they loved their images. I am greatly for you and it means a lot! Pictured below, I was most recently received a LV bag from a bride who I have spent a lot of time with working on her wedding day and album. Also, I was so thrilled to open the door the other day and have a client send me an edible arrangement as a “Thank you,” so appreciated! I also was given a gift card for Glen Ivy, movie tickets for the kids, and even gourmet dog treats for my St. Bernard and black lab…..can you believe they thought about my dogs? I LOVE MY CLIENTS!!!!
